Who We Serve

A Flexible Path for Students Who Learn Differently

Families searching for a special education school in Phoenix may find that traditional classrooms do not always provide the flexibility, attention, or learning environment their child needs. Inspire Academy serves neurodivergent and neurotypical students from kindergarten through high school. We use an inclusive microschool model designed around individual strengths, goals, and learning styles.

Our students include autistic learners, students with ADHD, children with other learning differences, and neurotypical students who may benefit from a greater level of customization. Rather than placing every learner on the same path, our team works with families to determine the appropriate level of academic guidance for each student.

Inspire Academy serves families throughout the Greater Phoenix area in our nearby Sun City and Glendale campuses, along with our K–6 Virtual Academy. If you are comparing options for a neurodivergent school in Phoenix, our team can help you explore which learning format may best suit your child.

School Programs

Our Available School Programs

No two students or families are alike. They all need different levels of structure, flexibility, and support. Inspire Academy offers two primary learning options designed to make tailored education more accessible.

Virtual Academy

Students learn from home through live online instruction with educators and classmates. Sessions incorporate core academics, guided and independent practice, SEL, executive function activities, discussion, and group participation.

Hybrid Academy

Families who want both at home flexibility and regular in person sessions can choose our Hybrid Academy. Students complete part of their week virtually, then attend one or two days on campus for social interaction, community participation, and added social emotional support.

Our Principles

The 5 Principles Guiding Inspire Academy

Our educational model is built around five crucial pillars that influence both what students learn and how they experience our unique educational setting.

Inclusivity

Students with different abilities, perspectives, and learning profiles are welcomed into a community where individuality is recognized and respected.

Social-Emotional Learning

Students are given intentional opportunities to strengthen self awareness, communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and confidence.

Personalization

Individualized Learning Plans allow learning to reflect each student s goals, interests, accommodations, pace, and level of support.

Entrepreneurship

Business 101 and other enrichment experiences introduce students to creativity, innovation, problem solving, and practical thinking.

Self Directed Learning

Students are encouraged to make choices, set goals, and gradually take greater responsibility for their education, with guidance when needed.
