Our Approach

A More Individualized Way to Learn

Our neurodivergent microschool in Glendale serves students who may need more flexibility and individualized attention than a traditional classroom typically provides. We welcome autistic students, students with ADHD, neurotypical learners, and children with a diverse range of learning styles and educational needs.

Each student’s experience is shaped around an Individualized Success Plan created with input from them, their family, and the Inspire team. During academic blocks, learners progress through their chosen curriculum or online platform while our Learning Coaches provide the appropriate level of supervision and support. This approach combines traditional schooling with social-emotional development, structured peer interaction, and enrichment throughout the day.

Families interested in a smaller educational setting can connect with us to learn whether Inspire Academy’s Glendale program is a good match for their child.
